Customer service McDonalds vs. Burger King I do not work for Mcdonalds or Burger King.If I did I would probably work for Mcdonalds. It's obvious that Mcdonalds must have a much better customer service training program than Burger King. I have gone to Burger King twice in the last month.Each time that I have been their I had too wait almost 10 minutes to get a Whopper. Then when they finally do give me my food, They don't give an apology or anything because of the wait. Most of the people working their act like its an inconvenience to wait on me.Maybe they are mad because they could not get a job at Mcdonalds. When I go to Mcdonalds and have to wait that long which is almost never I would probably receive a free drink or fries with my Big Mac. Most people at Mcdonalds seem very friendly and always have a smile.They all seem very well trained.While at Burger King they seem very mad or sad. Maybe Burger King could follow some of Mcdonalds training programs so they could improve their customer service.Because whatever they are doing is not working.
